      • Saint Francis University Online Application - Fee waived OR

      • The Common Application - Fee waived

      完成申请流程所需的其他文件包括:

    • International Financial Requirements

      Following your acceptance to the University, 您将被告知您的出席费用的信息.  Before being issued your I-20 documents, 你必须提供证明文件，证明你/你的担保人有能力支付一学年的剩余估计费用.

       

      Please complete the Affidavit of Financial Support 并向招生办公室提供正式的银行对账单，印章或印章.

      • Must be submitted on bank letterhead;
      • Must list account holder name using English Alphabet;

    International Health & Immunization Requirements

    Before your arrival on campus, 您的健康信息必须提供给MyHealth圣弗朗西斯学生健康中心.  You will find these requirements listed below.  

    Once admitted to the University, 在抵达校园前2周左右填写并提交健康和免疫表格. 
    Forms can be found on the Student Health Portal under "My Forms."
    Required immunizations include: 

    • Meningitis (ACYW) after 16th birthday;
    • Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (two doses);
    • Varicella (two doses);
    • Polio
    • Tetanus (within the last 10 years);
    • Hepatitis B (3 doses);
    • Tuberculosis screening (this can be done on campus);

    Visa Information

    • Types of Visa's Issued in the U.S.A.

      Types of Visas

      • A full-time student would receive an F-1 or M-1 visa.
      • Your spouse and children would receive F-2 or M-2 visas.
      • An Exchange Visitor would receive a J-1 visa.
        • Exchange Visitors come to the U.S.A. for consultation, training, research or teaching, or for an approved Au Pair or temporary work position.
